What is Cash King?

Cash King is a free-to-install mobile application created by Byte Ventures. It pays you when you install and open mobile applications, watch movie trailers and short videos and complete surveys and forms. The premise of Cash King is good but there is more to it than meets the eye.

Reality Check

I installed Cash King in my android tablet and asked myself why I had not learned about it much sooner. It sucks to think that a lot of people were earning almost effortlessly through it and I did not even had a clue. As soon as I installed Cash King, I went on a downloading spree of apps. All available apps were installed in my android tablet and I accumulated cents pretty fast. Apps will give you a certain number of point rewards when you download them. The points are equivalent to cents for example, 17 points is equal to 17 cents.

In a few hours I ran out of apps to download and I thought to myself that most probably the number of available apps for download will be refreshed the next day and I would see about the same number of apps that I had seen previously. I was wrong. After the initial rush of apps, the number of apps were reduced significantly. Being the hopeful one that I was, I hoped for a better day. It only got worse.

It’s Not Just the Apps

You can earn through Cash King also by watching short videos and answering surveys and forms. I never experienced that because it never worked. Whenever I click on the link, “watch videos” I always get a pop-up message that says, “Videos will be available shortly. Try again later.” That “shortly” is now 4 months and still counting.

To be fair, I must say that I am starting to see improvements in Cash King. It seems to me that the amount of available apps to download is rising, though by just a small margin. That slight improvement is the reason why Cash King is still installed in my tablet. It is true, I am still rooting for Cash King.

Byte Ventures is Cooking Something

Cash King Version 3.0

Cash King Version 3.0

I know that because they told me so. They have an announcement in the Cash King app that they are soon to release version 3.0 The new version will feature referrals and sharing for additional credits. Think twitter, google and Facebook. If version 3.0 pushes through I think Cash King might redeem itself. Byte Ventures is definitely on to something. I noticed small changes myself. The highest reward point for an app download used to be 25 points, it is now 20 points. There used to be a page where other Cash King users’ earnings were displayed, usually the top earners’. They earn quite high, I must say. Their earnings were too high for me to believe it. I was glad that page was removed because in my opinion, it was not helping paint Cash King in a good light. To me, that list of top earners made Cash King seem to be a scammer. How could those top earners earn such a ridiculously high amount when all I could earn was a few cents. The top earners page was replaced by the announcement of an upcoming version 3.0.

Will Cash King fly or die? We will all find out soon.
